Using SheepShaver (along with the appropriate ROM image) it is possible to emulate a PowerPC Macintosh computer capable of running Mac OS 7.5.2 through 9.0.4. I was running Windows 98 with VPC 4 in OS 9.2.2 with a 466 MHz G3 Beige MT and it just wasn't worth it. SheepShaver is an open source PowerPC Apple Macintosh emulator. Virtual PC in Mac OS 9 is like watching paint dry. This will take a very old version and the performance will be abysmal at best. Lakka 3.5 has just been released!
